Return & Cancellation Policy

At Fasshion Hub, customer satisfaction is at the core of everything we do. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the conditions and process for returning items and seeking refunds.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The product must be returned within 7 days of receiving the order.

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.

  • Products showing signs of wear, damage, alteration, or missing parts not due to our error will not be eligible for return.

Please Note:

  • Certain products such as sale items, accessories, and innerwear are non-returnable due to hygiene and promotional policies.

  • Return requests raised after 7 days from delivery will not be accepted.


2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us via email at Support@fasshionhub.com or call us at +91 8107451646 within 7 days of receiving your product.

  2. Provide your order ID, reason for return, and clear images of the product (if applicable).

  3. Once your request is approved, you may be asked to courier the product back to our return address.

Important:

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to us in case of a return (except where the return is due to a wrong or damaged product sent by us).

  • We recommend using a trusted courier service with tracking for sending returns.

  • Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

  • Please ensure the product is securely packed to prevent any damage during transit.


3. Inspection and Approval

  • Once the returned product reaches us, our quality inspection team will review the item.

  • This process typically takes 2–4 business days after receipt.

  • If the return meets all conditions, a refund or store credit will be processed accordingly.


4. Refund Process

We offer refunds in the following manner:

For Prepaid Orders (Paid via Card, UPI, Netbanking, etc.)

  • Refunds are credited back to the original method of payment.

  • Refunds are usually processed within 7–10 business days after the return is approved.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • Refunds for COD orders are not provided in cash.

  • Customers must provide their bank account details (Account Holder Name, Bank Name, Account Number, IFSC Code) or UPI ID to receive a refund.

  • Refunds for COD orders are processed via NEFT/IMPS/UPI transfer within 7–10 business days after approval.

Please Note:

  • Return courier charges borne by the customer are not reimbursed.

  • Refunds are initiated only after the returned item passes quality inspection.


5. Exchange Policy

  • If you wish to exchange an item (for size, colour, or a different product), please follow the return process and place a new order after your refund is initiated.

  • We do not offer direct exchanges.


6. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order by contacting our customer support team.

  • Orders once processed or dispatched cannot be cancelled.


7. Non-Returnable Products

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance."

  • Accessories and fashion jewelry.

  • Innerwear and personal hygiene products.

  • Customized or personalized items.

Please check the product description carefully before placing your order.


8. Damaged or Defective Products

In case you receive a damaged or defective product:

  • Notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photographs clearly showing the issue.

  • If verified, we will arrange for a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.


9. Responsibility

  • Fasshion Hub is not responsible for products lost, stolen, or damaged during the return shipping process if sent independently by the customer.

  • We strongly recommend using a trusted courier service with tracking when returning products.
