Order Processing Time


  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email will include your order details and a tracking link once your order is shipped.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times


We offer various shipping options to meet your needs. Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipping, not the date of order. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location.

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
  • Express Shipping: 2-4 business days

Shipping Costs


Shipping costs are calculated based on the shipping method selected and the destination of your order. The final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

  • Standard Shipping: ₹50 for orders below ₹500. Free shipping for orders over ₹500.
  • Express Shipping: ₹100 for all orders, regardless of order value.

Order Tracking


Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor your order’s progress through our shipping partner’s website.

  • Tracking Your Order: Simply click on the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email, or visit our Track Order page and enter your tracking number.

Delivery Issues


While we strive to ensure that your order reaches you on time, there may be rare occasions when delays occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, strikes, or logistical challenges. In such cases:

  • Delayed Orders: If your order is delayed, we will notify you via email with the new estimated delivery date.
  • Lost or Damaged Packages: If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team at support@fasshionhub.com or fasshionhubindia@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with our shipping partners to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

International Shipping


Currently, Fasshion Hub ships only within India. We are working towards expanding our shipping destinations to international markets, and we appreciate your understanding.


Shipping Restrictions


Certain areas may have restrictions or additional requirements for delivery. If there are any issues shipping to your location, our customer support team will contact you promptly to discuss alternative arrangements.


Incorrect Address


Please ensure that the shipping address you provide at checkout is accurate. Fasshion Hub is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. We will do our best to assist you in updating the address before the order is shipped.
